We will ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Usually it takes around 7-10 business days to arrive to its shipping destination. The arrival times (arrives by date/estimated ship date) displayed are for U.S. addresses and do not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

• Credit cards/Debit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
• Other payment methods: PayPal.

We insure all items; this means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

For added security, it is our policy that adult signature is required for all Pure Ignis items/orders.

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.

In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact our Customer Care and help us expedite your order.

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, New York and California. 

If you are shipping to addresses in New Jersey, New York and California, tax will be charged on the item price minus discount (when discount is applicable). Tax rates within countries vary. Sales tax is also levied on the shipping charges. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. Orders placed between November 1st, 2019 and December 15th, 2019 are eligible for extended returns or exchange until January 15th, 2020. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.

Free Shipping Both Ways: We offer Free Express shipping on every order. To make your Pure Ignis purchasing experience as smooth as possible, we also offer Free return shipping for all domestic orders (within USA). To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply fill and submit Online Return Form. Returns may take up to 1 week to process.

For international customers: For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Each Pure Ignis ring comes with the option of one complimentary resizing during the first year of ownership. For your complimentary resizing call Pure Ignis’s personal jeweler at +1-888-926-4272 to arrange for it. Customer will have to pay for shipping both ways with insurance after 30 days of purchase.
